These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, excluding its conflicts of law principles.
If you have a concern or dispute regarding the Service, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the matter informally by emailing legal@rfsoftlab.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
If you are an EU consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country subject to a United States government embargo or designated by the United States as a “terrorist-supporting” country, and (ii) you are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

If these Terms have been translated into another language, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or dispute.
RFSoftLab reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide prior notice. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
